Job description:
- Telephoning and providing customer support to existing and new clients.
- Advising clients on products and services.
- Sale of services and conclusion of contracts
- Maintaining customer relations and resolving inquiries/complaints.
- Updating data in the system and keeping records of contacts.
- Active participation in achieving sales goals.
What we are looking for:
- Customer support or call center experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- A person with skills in writing emails, conducting chats and communicating over the phone.
- Willingness to sell through signing new or extending existing contracts with attractive commission.
- Responsibility and professionalism in approaching users.
- Good organization and patience in resolving inquiries.
- Excellent knowledge of German, additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to work in a team and acquire different skills.
