About us:
Our customer support project is one of the oldest in the company and has been successfully operating since 2019. This job is not related to sales , but involves taking orders and processing customer inquiries via phone and email . We are looking for motivated customer support agents who want to work on a long-term and stable project .
You can work from the comfort of your own home. If you prefer to work in an office, that's an option too.
Job description:
- Telephone and written support for users from Germany and Austria
- Processing orders and customer inquiries
- Database maintenance and order records
- Forwarding inquiries to appropriate departments
- Resolving complaints and helping to solve user problems
- Participation in improving customer support and communication processes
What we are looking for:
- Customer support or call center experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- Demonstrated communication skills and kindness
- Customer orientation and high level of professionalism
- Basic knowledge of working in MS Office packages and other common programs
- Very good knowledge of German (at least B2), additional languages are an advantage
- High level of self-initiative and willingness to work in a team
