About us:

As part of our new, innovative project, we are looking for dynamic and motivated customer support agents who want to be part of our team. This project is unique in Croatia, and we expect to grow to as many as 250 employees by the end of 2025, which opens up numerous opportunities for career development.

You can work from the comfort of your own home. If you prefer to work in an office, that's an option too.

Job description:

  • Telephone and written customer support
  • Processing inquiries and complaints
  • Maintaining the user database
  • Forwarding specific inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Participation in improving user processes and communication


What we are looking for:

  • Customer support or call center experience is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Demonstrated communication skills and kindness
  • Customer orientation and high level of professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of working in MS Office packages and other common programs
  • Excellent knowledge of German (at least C1), additional languages are an advantage
  • High level of self-initiative and willingness to work in a team
