About us:
As part of our project in the field of E-Mobility, we are looking for dynamic and helpful people customer support agents who want to strengthen our team.
You can work from the comfort of your own home. If you prefer to work in an office, that's an option too.
Job description:
- Telephone and written customer support in the area of E-Mobility
- Processing inquiries about charging station infrastructure
- Help with user profiles: registration, management and changes to user accounts
- Consulting on tariffs and price plans: helping users choose the best tariffs and products
- Technical support during the charging process: help in case of problems or questions related to vehicle charging
- Forwarding specific inquiries to the relevant departments
- Participation in continuous improvement of customer support
What we are looking for:
- Call center or customer support experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Demonstrated communication skills and kindness
- Basic knowledge of working in MS Office packages and other common programs
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German (at least C1), additional languages are an advantage
- High level of self-initiative and willingness to work in a team
