Dekada Komunikacije d.o.o. was founded in 2017 and has since evolved into a leading provider of communication solutions. Today, we have around 150 employees across four locations who are determined to achieve and surpass every goal of our clients/partners, and we aim to acquire a fifth call center. We specialize in the German-speaking region and have long-standing partners in that geographical area.

Each of our employees is given the opportunity to work from home or office, and is provided with IT equipment to work with.
In this way, we have enabled uninterrupted work from home under the same technical conditions as in the office.
A team of IT experts within the company works every day on the quality and safety of our projects.

Our partners

Dekada Komunikacije, as a proud partner, presents the "Clean Mljet for a Better World" project, which brings together the Mljet National Park, DPS Zagreb, the Aquatica diving center, and other partners in a joint effort to remove waste from the land and sea surfaces of the island.
Through the collaboration of employees of the Mljet National Park, divers, and local residents, a cleaning action is being carried out. The goal is to bring the underwater environment within the park to an acceptable state and raise awareness about the protection of marine ecosystems.
This project reflects the continuous commitment of the Mljet National Park and the local community to addressing the problem of marine litter, which threatens the environment, economy, and human health on both a global and local scale.
